The business is a very well set up and positioned physiotherapy business concentrating on the injury management / return-to-work market.  It has developed the infrastructure and framework that will enable the business to grow over the coming years.  Its strengths include an extensive range of services, good management, staff and IT systems, strong industry networks and preferred provider panel positions for work conditioning.

The business specialises in providing programs for injured workers under the Workers Compensation and Compulsory Third Party insurance schemes and services to Medicare and the Department of Health Services (Commonwealth Government).

These services are provided in cooperation and liaison with all stakeholders such as insurers, employers, rehabilitation and other treatment providers and rehabilitation physicians.

It has made a significant investment in developing a sophisticated IT database system to identify, track and analyse sales and profitability of different market, referral and product/service segments.

The owners wish to sell the business as a going concern, including fixed assets and goodwill. 
The working owner is willing to assist in the smooth transfer of the business and will consider the option to continue as an employee.
